Installation Guide
  1. Download the client from the link above
  2. Download the latest Main.exe from this page and put it inside your game folder
  3. Extract the client to your MuOnline folder
  4. Open the Launcher.exe file
  5. Setup your game settings
  6. Click "Full check" to verify files
  7. Click "Start" to launch the game
  8. Enjoy your gaming experience!
Having Issues?

Pick the problem that matches yours — most client issues are fixed with one of the steps below.

Update stuck or won't finish

If you are updating through Launcher.exe or force-update.exe and the update stops or never completes:

  1. Close the launcher and the game completely.
  2. Open your RushMU client folder and delete Verify.dll.
  3. If Windows will not let you delete it, rename Verify.dll to something else (for example Verify.dll.old), then delete the renamed file.
  4. Run Launcher.exe or force-update.exe again and let the client update.
Why this helps: A locked or corrupted Verify.dll can block the updater. Removing it lets the launcher download a fresh copy on the next update.

Quick fixes

  • Antivirus blocking files — add your client folder to exclusions (see Antivirus Exclusion Setup below).
  • Corrupted download — download the client or Main.exe again from this page.
  • Launcher frozen — close it fully (check the system tray), then open it again.
  • Still stuck? — run Full check in the launcher after the steps above.

Launcher Information

Note: Once you open the launcher and click "Start", the launcher will minimize to the system tray.

You can find the launcher icon in your taskbar. Click on it to reopen the launcher interface.

Antivirus Exclusion Setup

Windows 10/11 Steps:

  1. Open Windows Start Menu
  2. Search for "Virus & Threat Protection"
  3. Click on "Manage Settings"
  4. Scroll down and click "Add or remove exclusions"
  5. Click "Add an exclusion" and select "Folder"
  6. Browse to your RushMU Client folder and select it
  7. Restart your computer (recommended)
  8. Close and reopen the launcher to download main.exe
  9. Click "Start" and enjoy the game!

These methods are known to work on Windows 10/11.
